How are the meals delivered and do they stay fresh?
Our meals are prepared fresh and shipped in insulated boxes with non-toxic gel packs designed to keep your food at refrigerated temperatures throughout the entire transit process.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our couriers are instructed to leave the package at your door. The insulation and cooling packs will keep the meals fresh until you return later that evening.
How do I heat up my Fuel Meals?
Most meals are ready in just 2-3 minutes. Simply vent the film and microwave on high, or transfer the food to an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Yes, we offer total flexibility. You can skip a delivery, change your meal selections, or cancel your subscription directly through your account dashboard before your weekly cutoff time.
Are your meal trays recyclable?
Yes, our meal trays are BPA-free and 100% recyclable. Please rinse the trays after use and check with your local municipality for specific recycling guidelines.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.
